“The brush arrived with an extremely dodgy switch that won’t let me change the settings, seems cheaply made and temperamental. Go with the Revlon version.”
“Initially, I loved this brush. It did the job for an excellent price and seemed to be working just fine. But, after only two uses, the power dramatically reduced and the sound it made noticeably changed. I decided to try it one last time but the burning smell was too alarming and it set off the smoke alarm in my house! I got in touch with Beauty Bay and they have been great at offering a return. Such a shame, but I would recommend investing a little more money to avoid issues like this happening with minimal usage.”
“I love the pink millennial touch to the hot brush. It’s also quick and easy to use. However I have thick long and slightly wavy hair and it doesn’t smooth down the kinks as well as I anticipated. Given how expensive it is, I expected better results. But I will find other techniques perhaps from other reviewers”
“Cheaply made and poor quality. There are better versions of this same brush on the market by other brands for the same price or less. If it weren't for Beauty Bay's horrible international return policy, I would have already returned it. I'll use it until it burns out, which will probably be soon based on the quality.”
