“This pencil is absolutely perfect for creating grungy, smudgy looks. I haven't actually tried it on the waterline yet but I love it for blending wings or creating an undone look.”
“This is awful and does not set. I like a racoon in an hour which is crazy for a £15 liner. Its very black and creamy so might be good for smudged out smokey eyes. However, if you wear eyeliner in your waterline daily dont bother with this! There are better liners for half the price”

“I wanted to love this as the reviews were so good but this literally does not set at all. Its creamy and very black but you will look like a racoon in the space of an hour. So gutted as why charge £15 for a liner that is like this. So disappointed as I wear black liner in my waterline daily so thought to splurge. Waste of money tbh, as im going back to using my cheap drugstore liner that actually stays put. I think itll be good for a smudged out smoky look or as a base for a black eyeshadow smokey eye but don’t recommend this at all for the waterline.”
“I don't usually line my waterline or tightline as I struggle with product transfer which ends up under my eyes so was keen to try this liner which I'd heard great things about. It has great payoff, no scrubbing away to get pigment to show, but there is some transfer to the lower waterline when I tightline albeit less than other pencils I've used.”
