Pigmented, smooth, non-irritating to my rosacea prone skin- the brush is good, too. It doubles as a cream bronzer brush for me, the bristles are perfect. (I bought this blursh and a bronzer kit). The color is bright and beautiful and can be as bold or sheer as you need.”
