“The eyeliner pencil had no pigment when it came t going on my waterline it kept fading. I bought this thinking it will last me a while as it was all hyped up but once it dull the led inside must have been broken. I sharpened the pencil after once use half of the pencil was gone. Abslly ridiculous i didnt spend £12 on a one use pencil.”

Has a good dry down time so you get a time to smudge out/blend if you want before it sets.
