“I unfortunately had to complain about receiving this product with no product inside! I was gutted and it took me around a long route to getting to customer services. I eventually heard back and they offered me a refund for the item and I still haven’t recieved a refund for it. I love beauty bay and have never had a problem until this order. It won’t stop me ordering with them in the future I was just a bit gutted on this occasion”
