“I was so so disappointed by this product, i wish i could give 0 stars. I was excited to get this eyeliner and all the great reviews but my god is it the worst eyeliner ive ever used or should i say try to have used, it’s literally rock hard, it doesnt warm up on the back of your hand it has no payoff on your waterline or on your eyelids and i have tried again and again but it’s completely useless, I really wanted to love this after hearing all the great stuff about it but unfortunately i must of gotten a dud.”
