“I have 4 other shades of this liner. They are all buttery, long lasting and pigmented. The shade ‘make a toast’ however, is terrible. I’m hoping I just got a faulty one, as all other shades are amazing, but this one is not pigmented, hard and needs a lot of pressure for the littlest of results.”
