“The product itself was pretty alright. I appreciate the color range and the multipurpose use of the palette. The matte finish makes it difficult to blend. However I originally placed my order to an incorrect address. Immediately noticing, I went to cancel & quickly found out how they make cancelling your order nearly impossible!! The process was unnecessarily difficult. Finding the customer service email was a hassle, just for them to tell me that my order was already dispatched and that it couldn’t be cancelled. & I sent the cancellation email within 30 minutes of making the order… Mind you it took weeks for the order to even arrive. Wishing the product was worth it in the end for the way I was forced to wait and receive it.”
