“You cant believe how blinding the shimmer is. You can dilute it by mixing it with a lotion, or if you want to shine from miles you can use it as is. I‘m a MUA and did my friend‘s makeup for her wedding and used this on her hands and chest and it DID NOT BUDGE for 12+ hrs”
