“Okay, it’s not your typical lipliner. It dries instantly and has consistensy of a sharpie (there must be a ton of alcohol in it). BUT! It’s so good in filling lips with depigmentation and patchy areas. You just have to blend it fast and work in small sections. Dont go full shape right away! Think of it more in terms of precise strokes, not a solid outline. Does the job for me, but can be super drying if applied incorrectly, so 4 stars.”
