“Extremely disappointed ☹️. First pod was faulty (not enough vaper coming through). Team at Neon was good and after me sending video proof of this, as requested, they sent a replacement (took some bit of time to receive!). I was excited when I received the second diffuser but to my dismay the vaper output was extremely weak. Again, I tried to adjust the internal pot (as they previously suggested but to no avail). I’ve had other diffusers for over 15 years and I feel So frustrated and let down. I just gave up and didn’t bother to contact Neom again. Twice this has happened. What are the odds! I treated myself and yet was completely let down. Never expected this at all from Neom ☹️ I went back to my non-luxury diffuser from Amazon - which sadly in comparison, outputs extremely strong and consistent vaper. I won’t go back to Neom- what a huge let down! Shocked after the money I had spent.”
