“Keeps eyebrows in place with minimal residual stickiness. Could do with more than one spoolie as it does gunk up the spoolie quickly. Does not darken brows any further, however I do have dark brows already. I had hoped it would darken my baby hairs where I have scar tissue related gaps, but it has not.”
