“i don’t know if the product i received was faulty or something, but i literally can’t open this and neither can anyone else in my family. there’s no indent or anywhere to hook your fingers on when opening, I’ve tried poking through the hole from the other side, nothing works, and there’s no instructions, so i can only assume i received a defective product.”
