“If you have oily skin and make up tends to slide around your face this is great. I bought it to go under the famous Thomas Roth eye bag tightening cream, this cream only works on dry, clean skin so my theory was it'll work over a very drying concealer which it does!
I wouldn't recommend this concealer for people with dry skin though.”
