“I always keep a spare one in my stash, because I don't want to risk running out of this primer! It's spreadable yet not emollient, so it's great for combination skin: my eyelids are unpredictable, they can be on the normal to dry side one day and slightly oily the next. I don't recommend it for very dry and flaky skin - you might want a tacky, liquid primer to help with that condition.
It neutralises discoloration quite nicely: the shade "ignite" is ideal to create a clean canvas for eye work on red or purple lids, whereas "persuade" is perfect to apply on blueish areas where make-up struggles to adhere (personally, I need it on the outer corner of my lower eyelid and on the hollows of my dark circles).
I just wish Sigma released pale cream and white colours to suit fair skin tones: the lightest matte shades are still too dark to blend seamlessly without going over them with another product. Still, it's a fantastic primer which can also substitute cream shadow, thus reducing the size of your kit and making the whole process a bit faster. I'm planning on trying a couple of shimmery shades someday.”

“I love this eye base so much I’ve started telling my friends about it. I have very thin skin on my eyelids and a visible vein in the crease right where you want to blend out eyeshadow. My eyeshadow would always look patchy on that side, but this is thick enough to cover it, provides good grip for the shadows and prevents creasing. 10/10”
