“First of all, I think when you pay a really expensive amount, not just for the product but also for the shipping I think at least you should get a tracking link or a tracking number. However, when I did order my order, yeah I got it safe and good and yeah, but it was sent to another city right one which is I had to drive for minimum of 45 minutes just to get there that’s first second they did not even send a tracking number so every time I was trying to get a hold where is my order? There is no information I tried to track it with another app tracking there was nothing there is no order number that could be tracked other than this. I tried to send a mail for them to ask for help to see there was no support at all. There is no email that you can connect to them. It’s uncomfortable and you just like be on. Hope you just hope that your order will be delivered. They like when it’s delivered they send you an email and they don’t even include the information where it is sent so you have to just try and find it yourself and literally it’s really hard because there is no order number no tracking number nothing so it was really hard to get hard to find and for paying a really expensive amount of money just for the shipping other than the product which is you can find cheaper on other apps paying this amount of money for shipping and still not getting what you’re supposed to be getting just says it all. Never again.”
