“I'll talk about ordering on the 1st of July and now it is the 20th of July and I have not received anything yet. First it was they could not ship to a PO box so I gave a street address. Then a UPS label was created but nothing shipped. A replacement shipped, maybe. Now that one is going through USPS which does not ship to a street address, meaning they should have used a PO box. Not a good experience so far.”
“BATTERY DOES NOT LAST! After charging for the first time the battery did not hold a charge and would die within 30 seconds of turning on. Very faulty battery, it cannot be used without being connected to the charger. Extremely disappointed, especially considering how much money it cost.”
