“I love this product for how vivid it is. The water activated aspect is a bit fussy, so beware! It can run if your eyes get watery. Also, it can get a bit cakey depending on how you apply it- don’t over build up. I apply it over a white base for optimal pop. But for color zing, it can’t be beat.”
