“It's a good liner. It applies easily. No drag to it. The black is very deep, non-issue with a transparent black colour. It works well with a one stroke glide action or, if you like popping small dabs in place to make up your line. The only negative I've found is that it has smudged during wear. I will have to use a black powder to set it. Three times now, I have had smudging after a couple of hours which I was surprised at because it's a good liner. You will need your own angled brush as well. But I don't regret buying it . It's one of the best I've tried so far.”
