“I never write reviews! but, honestly these are amazing!! I have long thick, wavy, frizzy hair. I’m 40 so as you can imagine I’ve had my fair share of straighteners! Ghd’s, Remington, Babyliss and more. None of them work like these do!! My hair stays straight for days (until next wash) and hair looks and feels so much healthier. I don’t know how or why but they are just brilliant! So glad I went for them, never heard of them before but was Googling best hair straighteners and these came up top. The rose gold and white is super pretty too, very very pleased with them! :) 5*”

“Customer Service beyond unhelpful - "we don't accept opened products" (erm, not make-up), "send photos" (duly provided of snagged hairs ripped out and trim flaking off - next came "send a video of them being faulty" (I did not allow BB to invade my privacy or break GDPR rules). Finally provided with an address to return to - at my own expense - after hours of trolling by Customer Services agent. Appalled.”
