I received an email on the 22/7/23 to say my order was in transit and a link provided to track my order!
I used the link many times over a period of weeks and each time it said that my order was in transit!!
I emailed Beauty Bay and asked if they could help locate my order as I had visited my chosen click and collect store three times to see if they had it, each time I was told they did not!!!
Beauty Bay never responded to my email at all and I still do not have my paid for order!!!!
I will never use Beauty Bay again, an awful experience!”
“In the first few minutes after applying you can expect a little white cast, but that goes away quite quickly. Otherwise I'm happy. It leaves you a bit shiny, not oily, and smells like nothing (exept for a very subtle "sunscreen-y" smell, but that's to expect)”
