“At first I thought I was sent a defective product but this has now happened to two different Ollies. Similar to other negative reviews, the Ollie was perfect for the first couple of uses but then started making a strange squeaking sound and now isn't powerful at all even when fully charged. The noise is loud and strange and sounds like it's broken and only becomes powerful when bent to an extreme angle. Love Unbound and was super pleased when, after submitting video evidence of the defective Ollie, the company sent me a new one. When the same thing happened with the new product, I sadly gave up.”

“I really wanted to love Ollie however had to have it replaced for being defective once before and having mechanical issues with the replacement all within an 8 month span is very disappointing. The first one the head seemed it wasn’t even attached to the body, I could hear the vibrating but didn’t feel any vibration on the head part. The replacement Ollie after a couple months of use started making a screeching noise that would often resolve. However, it has become a real, quite loud, nuisance that I simply cannot ignore. Loved that unbound had the accessibility of QuadPay, but considering the price of Ollie I cannot give it more stars for its functionality and durability.”
