“First off, customer service was very pleasant to deal with, zero complaints about them. I have a number of products from Unbound that I am a big fan of, never had issues before. I was excited for the Ollie, but when it arrived it didn't work. It would turn on and then kind of putter out and it didn't switch between patterns. I emailed customer service and they replaced it immediately but the second one did the exact same thing. At this point I just asked for a refund, which they issued right away. So now I have two that I have to figure out how to dispose of. Womp wommmmp”
“This vibe is awesome. The different vibration patterns are great if you love edging. It's lightweight, functional, and versatile. The color is so cute and I'm excited to use it in the bathtub. I bought it as a Valentine's day gift for my partner and it was a hit. The perk is that I get to use it too ;)”
“Love the Ollie. It’s not my first vibe but I’ve never had a wand before. This is better than I’d ever imagined. I love the velvety feel of the silicone, the adorable color, the multiple speeds that get you where you need to go and the angled bottom (it’s great for leveraging Ollie underneath you so you’ve got a little more stability when it rocks your world).
Only comment would be re:packaging. The box is comes in is wonderfully designed but the plastic holder/cradle takes away from the craftsmanship and clear attention to detail of both Ollie and the box.”
