“This is my SECOND replacement Ollie, so I've had 3 in total! The other two broke after light use. Luckily they have a 1 year warranty and I just came up on mine as the second replacement broke. Unbound said this third Ollie was the "Ollie 2.0" (a new and improved version?) so they are aware that the product is not a durable design but they continue to sell it! My only good experience is how promptly customer care corresponded with me and sent the replacements.
