“I think this is a good wand for the price but I felt that it wasn’t nearly as strong as I thought it was going to be. The motor feels like it can’t with stand too much pressure. When any more pressure beyond holding it against you is added the vibrations feel smothered. (Not sure how describe this). I wouldn’t consider this a ‘deep’ vibration but more of higher humming. Other cons I don’t like that their aren’t separate buttons for the intensity of vibration vs the patterns, you can’t use while charging and the head part doesn’t feel super sturdy. Pro is that it is water proof and light weight.”
“I purchased this item a while back and fell in love - it is so deep and rumbly, and has a great battery life. Unfortunately, it broke a couple weeks ago! I contacted the babes at Unbound and they were super helpful and speedy, getting a replacement for the defective item send out ASAP. “I recieved the ollie and turned it on and was super excited bc it sounded strong and rumbly. I used it once but it started getting a clattery sound so I stopped and when I tried to use it again the clattery sound was way worse and the vibrations didn't reach the head. I reached out to unbound babes and the correspondence was slow and unreliable even before I recieved the ollie. I was prepared to recieve it in July based on unbound's email explaining the delay but by mid-August I hadn't recieved it and emailed them to see what was going on. I didn't end up recieving it until mid-September. After the ollie stopped working I reached out on Oct 2nd and had a short email chain and then nothing. I emailed again on Oct 15th saying I hadn't gotten a response before it was finally resolved on the 17th. They said I had received a defective one and sent me another one and once again, not even after but DURING use it got the same clattery sound and turned into a very weak vibration in the head. I do NOT have the spoons or energy to go through the toils and chasing of getting help and response from unbound babes. The facts are: I used as directed in the instructions and it still faltered and stopped working and communicating with inbound is draining and stressful and in order to get answers you have to pester them and they are loathe to keep customers in the loop from the get go. I have chronic pain and autoimmune issues along with a spinal injury that left me disabled and unable to work and masterbation is one of the only things that actually relieves pain and makes me feel better. I was really excited to finally be able to save enough from my very limited income (~$200 a month) to invest in a "good" toy from unbound. I've been following them on Instagram FOREVER and as a queer trans person of color, they seemed to be the type of business that I wanted to support as much as possible. I am sad that I was wrong to.”
