“I had to go through a lot to get my Puff, but boy was it worth it. My order hadn't shown up even after the rest of the preorders went out, but customer service was able to fix the issue and I got my Puff a week later. I found it has the perfect range of power for me, with 5 being justt a little too intense and 1 being pleasingly gentle. For my very first toy, it wasn't too hard to learn to use. It charges fast too. Unfortunately, my first puff had its on/off button break a few days after it arrived. I emailed customer service and got a replacement very quickly! I am a very satisfied customer, and totally pleased with Unbound's team.”
