“I love this toy, I preordered it years back and have had to replace once, twice as of now if I buy it again just for the efficiency of it. Luckily the first time Unbound covered it within the year warranty after I described the issue and sent some pics. But it's dissappointing that the replacement was all the same. It's been two years of mild usage (maybe once a month with no submerging? only hand washing). And my 2nd puff has finally croaked. When my first puff croaked, I was curious to see what the internals looked like, and the silicone is freakishly not difficult to remove by hand. The outer silicone is attached by fitted grooves and glue between the silicone and internal plastic and buttons. This second time Puff died, I did the same thing and pulled the silicone open. There was glue residue, lube residue, and some mild rust between the silicone and the plastic machine component. I have washed both of mine I've had thoroughly by hand since getting them. And with the replacement Puff I noticed that when washed, water and small soap bubbles can get trapped betweel the two main silicone pieces and will show if you squeeze the toy after a wash. All in all, I love how small and ergonomic this toy is, along with the strength and settings. Absolutely fucking adore. But it just sucks to have to replace such a unique and great toy, to have to purchase number 3 of the same toy just because the waterproofing was not ideal and likely oversighted. If I recall correctly Puff is supposed to be IPX7 waterproof. I've had an air pulse from Spencer's and an Womanizer (the one that looks like a penguin) without the same issue. Please please Unbound, redesign and thoroughly test Puff.”
