“It took me a while to get my Puff (with a lot of back and forth with customer service) but the wait was well worth it. I've got a decent amount of growth from testosterone and the opening is shallow, so Puff won't seal in all of your bottom growth but it doesn't need to. It might take a bit of trying to figure out what angle creates the best seal for you but when you've got it, it's an effort NOT to cum. It might just be better than getting head. The intensity range is really good and you might not need (or want) to even go up to the highest setting if you're already sensitive. It also works really well for nipple suction but it can be a bit trickier to get a seal on that, if you're having issues with your seal, I'd recommend changing the angle of your Puff (like holding it perpendicular to the length of your body when trying to get a nipple seal). I believe the width of the hole is listed as half an inch, so if the diameter of your girth is less than that and suction appeals to you, I'd give it a shot. It's easy to use, clean (drying is a little bit more difficult), and charge. Well worth the $46!”
