“I did the pre-order and it took a while to arrive but it was worth the wait. I have one issue and I need to contact customer service, the power button doesn't respond without being pushed multiple times. It's like the contact is off. For that reason I didn't give it 5 stars. Also it has a strong rubber odor ,hopefully after multiple washes it will go away.”
