“Once I got my puff almost a year ago I never used anything else. I never had problems reaching a climax but this turned 5-10 minutes into 2 minutes at most. It’s a little difficult to position it correctly at first (at least for me) but once you get the hang of it it’s super easy. I hadn’t used it in a while and I ended up moving countries and of course I took her along. I went to go use it one night, was completely dead. I went to charge it and it would not charge, I contacted support she gave me some tips that would maybe get it to charge and nothing was working! She checked to ensure my toy was still under warranty and that she’d be happy to replace it. I felt bad since I’m overseas and shipping must’ve been a cost, but they had no problem with it whatsoever. I got my replacement, it charges and turns on now! “I’ve gone on kind of a Tour de Suction Toys over the past year and finally decided to try the Puff. Out of the ones I’ve tried (Womanizer Premium, Satisfyer Penguin, Dame Aer, and We-Vibe Melt), the Puff ranks right in the middle—it’s got a good range of power, the sensations are pleasant, and it’s aesthetically pleasing. The one thing really keeping it from being a favorite? The button placement. I find it really awkward and strange. I guess it’s that way due to the compact size, with the thinking that position is best for grip? But for me, it would seem more intuitive/comfortable to have them on the flat space between the charging pins and the current location. As it is, I feel like I’m practically fingering myself anytime I need to use the buttons (especially the - and power, which I often want to use ASAP when I want to back things off real quick!). It’s not terrible, but it just doesn’t feel as easy to access compared to the others I’ve tried. The price is phenomenal, though! Definitely worth it, especially if you’re interested in trying suction toys for the first time.
