“I’m a little anxious to write a negative review as I did get this product using store credit from a different negative review of a product but this product simply did not turn on. I put it on the charger like it instructs you to do but the light just flashed, and then stayed on. I pressed the button down for 5 seconds but nothing happened. I think I may have just gotten a faulty one. But it is still a beautiful product (like all their other ones :) ) and it was very soft to the touch and probably would be easy to use if it had worked lol. Still love Unbound and use my other products all the time as they’re amazing!!!”
“I just started using this thing every other day, after taking a months-long hiatus from it because I was frustrated with it. Then I picked it back up again and got the hand of it, it takes some getting used to. But then suddenly it stopped working. I went to charge it and now it won’t turn on at all. Extremely disappointing and I’ve just reached the 1-year warranty limit so I can’t even exchange it for a new one. SUPER BUMMED. I bet this is why they only give a one year warranty. Except that I only got maybe 2 months worth of use out of it. Very unhappy.”
“I have no idea where my friend was coming from when she recommended this to me. This was the weakest vibrator I've ever experienced, for both the sucking and the vibrating. I'm not even someone who likes intense sensations. When I first tried it, I thought I just hadn't let it charge enough, but even at fully charged and on the highest setting, I had to press it hard against me to feel anything and it still wasn't enough.
I just wanted to treat myself, but I feel like I wasted my money. Will seek a refund soon.”
