“This product was great the couple of times I’ve used it, either with myself or with a partner. However, I’ve gotten a defective item where the power button wouldn’t work so it would turn itself on or off randomly with no way to stop it but let the power run out. I emailed customer service and their response time was amazing. They helped me troubleshoot the Puff and when they realized it was defective, sent me a new one right away. I am very happy with both the product and their customer service here. 10/10 would recommend this small discreet Puff for individual or partner play. It’s very versatile yet very powerful.”
