I really appreciate how simple and straightforward the settings are. I haven’t gone above the third intensity level yet, but the lower ones are plenty effective. You can totally use this for a slow build using light pressure and/or lower settings, but if you want to come quickly, you can get there in a minute or two by pressing harder and/or upping the intensity.
