“I was really excited for this product and the whole brand in general! My old vibrator was having technical difficulties and I had seen these products on TikTok and was super intrigued. I haven’t used a suction toy before but with the 5 star rating and best seller sticker I thought it would be a good choice. I love the size, the charger, and packaging. Unfortunately, actually using it was pretty underwhelming. Not a huge fan of the vibration levels, in my opinion they were all really weak. I’m not sure if there was any suction, I applied pressure the entire time. And lastly, which was my main reasoning for buying a new toy was the sound. The Puff was not quiet, unless I applied a pretty heavy hand. As of now, I’m not impressed which sucks because I really wanted to like it. I will probably give it another chance, but the bar is low :(”

When I first opened it, the power button was a little harder to press than the level buttons, but I didn’t really think anything of it. First charge lasted for a good while, no issues powering on or off; but after the next charge, I can’t get the dang thing to turn off! I’ve been pressing at different angles, moving my thumb around all over the button (there’s a joke in here somewhere), but the power button won’t shut the unit off. The level buttons work just fine, but not power. It had to just stay on, puffing on until it ran out of charge.
I really would recommend Puff all day long, but this power button acting up after the second charging cycle is driving me crazy!”
