“I’m very cool toned and the concealer said it was for cool toned people. Upon recieving it it was actually pretty red and for £23 and unable to be returned IM so disappointed it’s unreal. I’d tread carefully when buying complexion products because it seems brands have no clue what they’re talking about in terms of undertone. I won’t be buying anything except makeup revolution products when it comes to complexion as their undertones are correct and fit their description. Very dissatisfied. Urban decay should know better”
