“I tightline my eyes every day and always wanted to treat myself to a luxury pencil, i was so dissapointed as it smudges all day and even when set with an eyeshadow still prints. I have now given it away as i wont be using again. Such a shame as i usually love Urban Decay.”
“This arrived broken, the tip of the pencil had snapped off in the lid, which is odd because it was in a box within a box within another box. Clearly the product hadn’t been checked before being despatched, it was the only item of several delivered in the same box that was damaged.”
