“These tools are insane. Great quality and lovely colours. The additional heat protection mats and gloves were a huge surprise and I was very happy. The box they come in is sturdy and pretty, I use the box to store them and keep them protected.”

“First delivery the box arrived filthy and damaged on all of the packaging of the set, quick call and photos sent to Lauren in customer service who was fantastic sorting out paid returns and issuing a new set so quickly in time for my daughters birthday. I'm sure my daughter will love using this on her natural long locks x”
