“Firstly, I would like to commend the quality of the hair itself, which continues to meet my expectations. However, I have noticed that the recent shift from a sturdy, secure box to a smaller plastic bag has affected the presentation and condition of the hair upon arrival. The new packaging does not adequately protect the hair, resulting in a less desirable appearance and texture. I believe that maintaining the quality of both the product and its presentation is crucial for customer satisfaction. I hope you will consider revisiting the packaging design to ensure it aligns with the high standard of the product.”
