“I love Beauty Works shampoo and conditioner. I’ve been getting the 250ml bottles so I bought the bigger bottles this time. The bottles arrived but had faulty pumps in both bottles. I have new pumps on the way in the post all thanks to Holly who I was messaging on WhatsApp :)”
