“HONEST Review, after a really poor experience of no show on a video call twice, Beautyworks really turned this around. I had a single point of contact - Big shout out to Brittany.. who ensured I had a complete 360 experience thereafter. Quality of Hair Extensions looks Fab and can't wait to get them in ! Felt a little short changed, after not receiving the free gift I was promised that should have come with my order and a Miracle Spray that should have been just for having the video call. But Beautyworks took it really seriously in acknowledging the initial very rocky poor service & I do really appreciate that.”
