“The colour match to my hair was second to none! Absolutely amazing. The hair quality is perfect. I ordered the 20” as I was told a few weeks ago that the 16” and 18” wouldn’t be back in stock until April 2026. I ordered 20” but had them cut as I didn’t want them that long. Since then, both 16” and 18” have come back in stock to which I was misinformed. Spoke with such a nice girl yesterday at BW who today has sent me out a bunch of free products… beyond grateful! Absolutely 10/10 customer service. Will absolutely recommend BW to everyone!”
