“Love the usage I get out of this shorter rail. It's much easier to work with when your cut doesn't require the longer length. I keep my guide rail square attached to this rail and it seems to be my go-to size.”

“I've owned a variety of different brands of tools. Festool is by far the best. One big reason (other than quality) is compatibility. I remember everyone owning Dewalt battery tools and thinking this is great if I need a battery my buddy has one just like it for his Dewalt. Well that was great but accessories between tools didn't exist ie a straight edge for circular saw, router, jigsaw etc. This really brings my tools together and makes things simple.”

“This is my most used track. Of course I use the 8+' rail to rip, but this short one allows me to do cross cuts without wrestling a large track around. If you have the track saw, this one needs to be on your short list of additions.”

“Love this track. I have this with the 75" track and this is so useful on smaller pieces without having to drag out the huge one. As always, perfectly straight cuts! couldn't be happier with this track. Now if can we only get festool to make a hard carrying case for the tracks.”
