“I purchased this because I lack the space for a larger, stand alone jointer and planer. I was optimistic as I have used the bigger and more expensive stand alone JET jointer and it worked amazingly. Unfortunately, I am unable to get a clean (90 degree) edge with this combination tool. If you have the space and can afford it, consider getting the larger Jet jointer and planer separately vs. the combination.”

“Great machine I bought this about 3 months ago. Was a little leery base on me having to put it together. I actually like that fact afterwards help you to understand what you have in a machine. Have run at least 100 board feet through it and love it easy to use and does a great job with little snipe from it. Need to pay attention to grain direction to help with that. would recommend it to those who wish to have 2 machines with little shops. Doesn't take up much space at all.”

“It is made of cheap aluminium and sheet metal. The infeed and outfeed tables are not parallel and never will be. The outfeed table angles up to the knives and cant be corrected. The INfeed will begin to sag to 1/4 inch out of parallel with the outfeed. The fence doesnt have a flat place in it and is warped from the factory. It is 90 degrees in one place with the tables it will be out in another. RUN AND NOT WALK FROM THE CRAP ON LEGS. IF I HAD THE MONEY IT WOULD BE IN A LAND FILL!”

“ive been using this planer and jointer at my neighbors house for quiet some time and its been great. and for a price like that you cant even get a full size jointer. This machine is very good for the money as a jointer and decent as a planer. but its 10" top is far better than the 4"-6"s you can buy at home depot”
