“Just what i watched the rockler store manager peat DO IN A DEMO with the laguna 1412 was awesome he resawed a 2 inch thick by 12 by12 pice of black walnut he cut a 12x12 pice straight a cross 99% of the 2x12x12 block from 3\16 thick wright to paper thin it was at that time 4or5+- Years a go i said thats the band saw for me the one I'm buying is the 18bx with the 3hp 1ph 110\220V seeing how BAD TO THE BONE the 1412 band saw is i said if it's 1 year or 10 years down the road from that DEMO DAY I WILL BE BUYING A LAGUNA BAND SAW THE NEXT SIZE OR TWO UP FROM BE IT THE 18BX OR THE 24BX WITH THE 6HP POWER PLANT THE 18BX OR 24BX ARE ONE BAD TO THE BONE BEAST WITH THE SAW KING RESAW BLAD THE CUT WAS SO CLEAN I STILL HAVE THE PICE OF BLACK WALNUT THAT'S 3\16th to paper thin kicken a round to remind me this is the band saw I'm buying come hell or high water”
