“Let me preface by stating that I am a store manager for the largest retail grocery chain in upstate New York with 45 years of experience. I bought a supermax 1632 drum sander. The following week they put it on sale for $250 less than I paid. No problem right? Every business honors thier sale price when its that close. WRONG. I was very,very nice every time I contacted Colleen about this. She's going to see what she can do. Three nice emails with her promise to try. Hard to believe she never got back to me.LMFAO This company will NOT stand by you. They dont even stand by there own company. Never in all my years have I experienced such customer indifference. Do what you want but dont expect them to be there if something goes wrong, because they wont. They apparently make so much money they dont need return customers, and ots my pleasure to help them with that. Norman Smith”
