“I received my power feeder and easily assembled the unit. Everything went together well, without any modification or adjustments. I installed the plug on the end of the cord and started the feeder. What disappoints me is the speed control. There are two speeds available by rotating the switch on the motor, to select the other speeds the a side cover must be removed, and two drive gears must be changed. This involves removing two nuts and washers, sliding the gears off, the shafts, and exchanging the gear's position. Then you must replace the nuts, washers, and side cover. This change takes less than 10 minutes, but my other feeder takes seconds. My other feeder has a gear select lever to accomplish this change.”
