“My experience is kind of a roller coaster. I ordered the hat for my daughter for our summer vacation. I ordered in plenty of time for the package to be shipped to California so when it didn’t arrive after a few weeks I contacted customer service via email. Nicole answered my emails and was very helpful and concerned as well as apologetic about the situation. The tracking numbers Nicole gave me didn’t work and I think we both were at a loss. Finally the “lightbulb” Kicked in and it was discovered that my address listed Ca (California) and was mistaken to mean Canada!!! So there’s a bed head hat floating around Canada, Eh!! It was all figured out and a replacement hat was sent. Folks, my daughter is 7 and very active. This hat was much lighter and way more “stretchy” and comfortable than expected. This hat is awesome!! It stayed on in the surf and during other activities. The product and the staff are above board and would definitely order from them again. My wife tried on the hat and it stretched so much it fit her comfortably without being to tight so we might buy her one.”
