“Hi there,I know this is not your issue, but I never actually received that hat. I had said that Aus Post could leave it in a safe place, and they never did. I was home all day, and even if I wasn’t home, the package was small enough to fit in our large mailbox. I’m pretty gutted because we don’t have much spare money and this was an indulgence to us. I buy my son one of these every 2 years because they are the best hats. I’ll have to wait until we can buy another one, but I would warn other clients to be wary about Aus Post leaving it in as safe place.
