“Basically they want to you pay postage and include an additional postage paid envelope should sizing be incorrect; for an exchange to be sent.
First order and sizing was much smaller than you’d expect with an XL not fitting my 4 year old.
Would be fine it they offered a cost effective way to resolve the issue. Not the best customer experience for an online store.”

Bundle Up purchases (rash vest and wet bag) can be exchange for different sizes or styles and we will cover the postage to send the replacement out to you.
Only in instances where the items were purchased from the SALE section do we require you cover all postage costs.
