“Lovely hat and gorgeous material but when I tighten the buckle to keep it on my head it seems to not stay and loosens off by itself . I followed the guide for measuring your head and watch the video of lady trying on but mine still seems too big . Perhaps I need a smaller size but don’t think I will wear it which is a bit disappointing .”

Sorry to hear you have found the sizing of your Traveller hat not quite right.
Have you tried to double back with the strap through the buckle? This may help to better hold the buckle in place.
